Fantastic Experience

We first met Mr. Jorge Martinez when he knocked on our door years ago, he was asking us if we were looking to buy or sell. Ordinarily, I would have just said no and closed the door, however; there was just something about Mr. Martinez that I liked, so we talked awhile. About every year he would call and we would talk for a couple minutes always having a nice conversation. Many years later I received a letter in the mail from him with his business card, something told me to put that card in a safe place. Well, some time later my mother in law passed away and after the normal tasks that had to be done first before putting the house up for sale, I did not hesitate to contact Mr. Martinez, I never even looked for another realtor. His colleague, Colleen met with my wife and I and got the process underway. She arranged for her photographer to take pro quality pictures of the house, and they were listed online. Two days later there were offers to buy. We received the asking price minus the price to replace the 22 year old A/C system (I totally agreed with that). The entire process went smoothly and the communication was excellent!
