Jorge worked very hard from start to finish on the sale of our home. His hard work paid off and our home sold in 2 days!

I am talking about someone who knows the market and would do his best for your interest. I put my trust in Jorge to help me sell this home, he started of by showing us Data and Charts on how the market was performing in our location. He then gave us a strategy on how to market and price the home correctly. Jorge brought a great team to take pictures of the home, he directed the shots and also gave us pointers on how to prepare the home for marketing and visiting purposes. On the day the Home was on the market, he advised us to go somewhere to relax! He explained that he would be in the ring fighting for us, and he delivered. W/in 2 days we had many offers and most were more than asking price. Jorge did not seemed surprised, he gave us a few offers to pick from, and we picked what we thought it was right for us. He looked at the offer and approved it. About a week later, the offer fell through due to distance, I guess buyers did not notice how far they were from family members. Again, although I was a bit worried about our status, Jorge was not surprised. He revealed to us that he had a Plan B, C, and D for us in place. He said not to worry, “let me go back to the negotiating table”. W/ in a day he introduced to us another offer, but this time (here is the shocker) offer was more than the 1st offer that we received. In other words, he started negotiating not by our asking price, but by the offer we accepted the 1st time...and he managed to get more! We were also moving to a new apartment, and he knew we could not afford to pay both the mortgage and rent at the same time, so he managed to have the closing not in 30 days but in 2 weeks! We were blessed to be working with Jorge. A fighter who thinks of his customers’ best interest. My experience in selling my 1st home was a blessed and peace one. Thank you Jorge
