Jorge was awesome, very detail orientated and on top of everything. Honest and upfront about everything, and as a first time seller, he was always there to answer questions every step of the way. Not to mention help me out with advice etc when I had a problem buyer back out at the last minute, he knew exactly how to handle things and eloquently conveyed my opinion on matters to other parties, and ultimately it ended up benefiting me even more. Between the earnest money I was able to keep and the more than 10k he got me over my asking price I couldn’t have been happier. Made selling my house and my move across country much much less stressful.
