Jorge Gonzalez
It's hard for me to imagine a more arduous endeavor than purchasing a house here on Long Island in 2024. We were lucky enough to have Jorge guide us through the process despite how long it took. Over the course of about a year, we were shown somewhere between 20-30 houses. During which, we had some accepted offers and massive let downs that absolutely crushed us. This is the part of home hunting you can't really understand until you've been through it. It's very difficult not to become emotionally invested in this place you plan to shelter a family. Throw a bidding war, packed open houses, and a newborn baby into the mix and buckle up buckeroo. Anyways, Jorge remained enthusiastic and ever-optimistic through it all. We would look at a house that checked every box but one and he would simply say, "don't worry we'll find the right one." That meant the world to us. Truth be told, if it weren't for him- we probably would have convinced ourselves to just keep renting. Today, Im typing this review from the kitchen of a house I'm in love with. It is not a mansion but it is ours. It's got character and all the fixings to grow a loving family. What a feeling. Thank you Jorge- I mean it when I say that we could not have done this without you.
