Jorge is simply the best there is. We had a very difficult situation and needed a realtor who would be willing to go the extra mile (maybe extra 10 miles in our case). My father is 82 years old and unable to get too involved in the selling process. My wife and I live out of state so we were only able to communicate mostly via cell phone or email. On top of that, the house we were selling was on the older side and needed some clean up as well before ready to put on the market. Jorge was extremely helpful. He was able to truly offer full service and connect us with excellent teams to get the place cleaned out and ready for viewing, brought in top notch photographer and stirred up interest via photos, and walked us through over 10 offers, the majority of which were above our asking price, while also ensuring all necessary repairs were made for inspection.
