After attending dozens of Real Estate seminars as a teenager in Washington, D.C., and going to Georgetown University before the age of 18, Jorge Castro has been investing in Real Estate since the 1980's. In fact, he bought his first property at 16, by using OPM or a credit card that his employer lent him. He paid it back in 2 months through creative financing or a Seller’s Concession at closing! Since then, he’s been actively involved in Real Estate Sales, Acquisitions, and Mortgages.
In fact, Jorge became a Realtor in 1998 and also offered investors Asset Based Loans. He then acquired the Mortgage Broker License for Conforming Lending. He initially originated millions of dollars in mortgage loans for his Clients in Palm Beach and Broward Counties for UBuy Mortgage and NovaStar Mortgage– companies he helped develop in the late 90’s. He achieved exponential results through the management of these offices. He is now the owner and Real Estate Broker of Aida Real estate, and a Mortgage Broker with a diversified portfolio of over fifty lenders for his Clients.
Furthermore, Jorge is Realtor Board certified on Bank Real Estate Owned properties (REOs or foreclosures), and on Broker’s Professional Opinions of Real Estate (BPOs). In addition, Jorge also holds a Property Adjuster’s License to speed up property claims involving catastrophes. For instance, during Hurricane Harvey in Houston Texas, and Hurricane Irma in the Southeast, he helped victims get their assets back, and recoup their lives quickly. Consequently, Jorge strongly believes that his proficiency and experience in the entire field from mortgages to real estate, and from single family homes to income producing properties, is the key to his success.
