We had and excellent experience with Jorge and highly recommend him. He listened to our needs and desires for a home and honed in on the those types of properties in the right locations. He is very knowledgeable of the Tampa area and neighborhoods. I think he also knows a little bit more about the construction of homes than the average real estate agent, which was very helpful. In addition to expertise, he is an enjoyable person to work with.
Disclaimer, I've known Jorge as a friend for some time, which allowed me to know his personality and work ethic in other area, which gave me initial confidence in his realtor expertise. That being said, someone can also be biased into working with a friend just because their are friends. From the onset of showing interest in purchasing a home, Jorge was attentive without being pushy, he was consistently proactive in learning about my interests (location, style, price etc.) on a home and very educational about how the market was continuing to move and opportunities from those changes. Jorge's knowledge of the process was very reassuring, he again showed proactiveness in helping me understand what was needed from budgeting, viewing homes, placing offers and then the formal closing process. I couldn't be more thrilled to have worked with Jorge and it made my first-time home buying experience as smooth and exciting as possible.

Jorge and his partner Carter Mook were very professional in handling the sale of our condo. They worked as a team and were always in touch throughout the process. Since we live in a condo complex with restrictions and regulations, Jorge and Carter had to research and help us with all of the administrative paperwork needed to sell our condo. Jorge made this process so seamless even when the opposite side tried making things difficult. I am sure there were plenty of roadblocks throughout the process but Jorge made sure we kept everything on track.
