I moved from NYS 2 years ago (Nov 2020). Jorge searched diligently for a house for my wife and me. He showed us numerous houses, and when the first house we wanted had inspection problems (detected some issue with the foundation) and we didn't want to deal with that in a new house, he continued to search and found us the perfect house for our needs. He even negotiated with the seller to lower the purchase price for us. But that wasn't the end of his work Because of covid and incompetent surveyors and attorney in NYS the closing in NY was taking over 2 months so we couldn't close in the new house. The problem in NY was not resolved until Jorge called the attorney and surveyor and solved the problem with the land survey so we could close there, get our money from the sale and put it down on the house in TX. That is what I call persistence and dedication to a client! I wholeheartedly recommend him if you are considering selling or buying property
Jorge is the best Realtor! He always went the extra mile to work within our time schedule. Always listened to what we add to say. Had an immense knowledge of real estate and lots of creative ways to make a deal happen. Always had our best interest at heart. Will absolutely use his services again in the future. I have bought and sold about 20 properties over the last 40 years and Jorge is one of the best I have ever used.
