I had the pleasure of working with Jorge on the sale of my condo in Pembroke Pines. From the first day meeting with him I was impressed with his all around work ethic and professionalism on the job. He was on time for meetings, came prepared with plenty of comps and reports to field any and all questions that might come up, and has great working knowledge of the market and his field of work. Communications with Jorge were a mix of voice calls, emails, and text messages. In all of the situations, he was quick to answer and address any of my questions or concerns. If he didn't know the answer, he wasn't afraid let me know he would reach out to someone else who did. He didn't use big, fancy words to confuse me during conversations. In fact, I felt more like I was talking to a friend and was very comfortable discussing the sale of my property. Jorge did what all realtors should do, namely, keep a look out for my best interests, instead of chasing after his commission. While this is a relatively short review, it is by no means anything less than an exceptional experience selling a property with Jorge. The important take away here is his ability to help you buy or sell a home, while doing so in a manner that doesn't leave you frustrated or exhausted at the end of the transaction.
