About Jordana

I am an eighteen-year Houston resident, I proudly call The Heights my home. I have seventeen years of experience as a Realtor in the greater Houston metropolitan area. I am familiar with Houston's numerous communities and their neighborhoods within. With two children of my own, I possess an intimate knowledge of our area schools. My involvement in our local market has fostered numerous valuable relationships with industry partners; lenders, appraisers, inspectors, contractors, and title companies. I am a seasoned negotiator who derives inspiration from the need to procure for my client the most advantageous position possible. Before moving to Houston I graduated with Honors from the University of Iowa with a degree in Journalism. I hold an advanced degree in Pedagogia from the Universidad Javeriana, Bogota, Colombia. I am an client of Jordana and for the past year she has held my hand and been a sound mind in the process of me buying my first home. I have been to the point of closing with more than one home and not closed . We didnt and she give up in the process of making sure i was happy . In the end the three things that where most important location, price, and a yard for my pets was finally found bulit from the ground up. I finally in my forever home not only do i live in my new home but i have been blessed with a new friend .

I worked with Jordana for finding my house this November 2016 and it was a breeze! She was very attentive to my needs and we went through each and every house I wanted to see in a proper relaxed fashion. She has an excellent attitude and very good knowledge about Houston and its surrounding area. I had previously worked with other real estate agents and they were just plain lazy and took forever to get back. Jordana on the other hand was prompt in putting the contract together in just a couple of hours! VERY IMPRESSIVE! I would highly recommend her. Her know-how and attitude is impeccable! She also negotiated the price much much further down which was again very impressive! Thanks Jordana again!
