Jordana was our Realtor when we bought our first home 4 years ago so when we decided it was time to move, we knew 100% that we wanted her as our Realtor again. She was very diligent about making sure everything was completed or sent in a timely manner. She was great about contacting all parties to make sure all of the documents needed for closing were completed on time. The process of purchasing our new home was very stressful and mentally trying at first. I interviewed several. It was a tough choice because almost all of them were good. I picked jordanna because of her knowledge of the area and her experience She was great in every respect. I wanted a full service agent because I travel a lot for business and knew I wouldn't always be around. She handled everything for me including painting, flooring, and various maintenance problems. It was tough because we had two offers that fell through and then the last one there were problems. with the buyers loan and with some issues with the house like the water heater. Jordanna was able to stay on top of all of that and keep things moving This was difficult because of all the bumps along the way. However jordanna stayed on top of it. Probably anyone could handle a sale with no problems but jordanna proved she could take care of one with lots of challenges along the way
