Well, I wanted my house sold in October, but the first buyers fell outta contract due to their own house not selling. The housing market took a dive, then the town of Garfield, WA turned the water on in the middle of winter with nobody in the house, flooding my house for a new home inspection. Jordan was very accommodating, went well beyond his scope of work helping me with the contractors, insurance, ect. while the repair was being done, all while I was out of town. I lost a lot of money in those 8 months, from trying to sell my house to the 1st buyers , but it is what it is. Jordan helped me find a new buyer, was always professional and understanding. My advice would be use a Jordan as a relator, but move anywhere else then Garfield WA.
