Jordan was a godsend. We had a very unique luxury home to sell along with an in-home business to go with. We were told by other real estate professionals before selecting Jordan that our home would sit on the market for a very long time due to how unique it was, but Jordan brought us many showings (the second day on the market!), along with some offers! We took our time because since we bought the property next door, we wanted to make sure we selected the right buyer for our established neighborhood. My point is, we could have had our home sold in the first two weeks, but the buyer wasn't right for our demographic so we passed on the offer and waited for another. Working with Jordan was such a great experience! She was always so positive looking at houses and had the best feedback and ideas! From the very beginning, Jordan did a good job communicating and being available. This was our first home purchase so having a realtor that's friendly and knowledgeable was important. I first called her on a Wednesday and on that Friday she was able to show me the model home. A few weeks later we were under contract. During the construction process, Jordan provided regular updates. Additionally, once we closed on our home Jordan was still available to address concerns and help fix minor issues.
