Jordan to us was the best realtor we've ever met. From the 1st time my daughter spoke to him till the very end of this hard & long process, Jordan was professional, friendly, outgoing, informative, answered every questions, researched & updated us by calls, emails & text. We live 3 hours away from where we were purchasing a condo, so he did most of the shopping for us. He went to locations/properties that we were interested in to check them out, he took detailed videos & reported back everything he saw, smelled, liked & didn't like. It was extremely helpful with all the details he sent back with each property. He never rescheduled on us & he was always on time or earlier. When we were viewing properties with him he would pay attention to us, if somone called him he didnt pick up his phone, he would politely say excuse me and then answer the person back with a text message probably stating that he was busy and would call them back. I know that's what he did because I got those text a couple times, but he always called back as soon as possible or he would tell me to text him the question. He never left us hanging & he always found out the answer even if it took a couple days. He is very knowledgeable about the area he works in too. Jordan gets 10 stars from us!!!
