I should start off with saying that I've worked with a total of three Realtors now, the first two were one time transactions only and now I've worked with Jordan for three transactions. With him we sold two houses and purchased one. We wouldn't keep going back if he wasn't the best. Hopefully after this last move we don't have to work with him again for a while because physically moving is a pain in the... No offense Jordan : ) This last transaction, and why you should consider using him is due to the following experience: During the buyer's walk through prior to closing (after we moved out) somehow a sink started leaking. The buyer's agent was a real treat to deal with and she asked for a $500 credit to fix this leaky sink. We were in another part of the state for the closing on our new house. Well Jordan stepped up, went to the house checked it out, diagnosed and replaced the gasket that was leaking, which was a total expense of I'm guessing under $1 & a trip to home depot, don't know the exact amount because he paid for it. He went above and beyond keeping everything on track and it was great having him as a buffer between us and the buyer's agent who once again was a real pleasure to deal with (I'm being sarcastic, she was a nightmare).
