She negotiated for us & got us everything we needed plus more. Always professional, she was polite, respectful, very quick to respond no matter the time , worked her butt off the whole process! She was so quick to send documents & to communicate with the seller! We often had answers the same day thanks to Jordan. There was no delay, no unanswered texts, calls or emails, no miscommunications, no disappointments, no wrong information, no misleading , it was all prompt, on time before schedule & perfect.
