Jordan was the perfect agent to sell our South Philadelphia home. Within 30 hours we were under contract. With several viewings scheduled we had to cancel. He started out with a walk through educating us on what he would advise we repair and what we should leave up to the Buyer. He did research on neighboring homes and what they sold for so we could come up with a listing price. When the multiple offers came in, we talked them over and he gave us advice on what one we should go with. This was a very easy process. They are not always like that. Thankfully, he was the perfect agent to sell our South Philadelphia home.
