We live in Long Island, NY and have been thinking of getting a 2nd home in California as 2 of our Children and 1 Grandchild live in LA. I have had my eye on The PGA West Community for several years now and so we decided to rent a place in the Community for 2024 Thanksgiving Holiday to check it out. We found Jordan online as a Realter that knew PGA West very well. During our visit, Jordan took us to see several properties as well as tours of the facilities, the Golf Courses, as well as the various Communities within PGA West. He was very accommodating and very knowledgeable. He showed us everything that was available at the time and answered all of our questions in detail. We locked in on one House and negotiated with the Homeowners thru Jordan and their Agent. There was a lot of information going back and forth and Jordan was available 24/7 to get us all the answers we needed. We ended up closing on the home 1 month later at the end of December. We will be celebrating our 1 year Anniversary of owning this Home next month and are very happy with the PGA West Community, The Golf, The Facilities, the Security, etc. Jordan was a big part in our buying this Home.

Jordan is an outstanding real estate professional with deep expertise in the La Quinta area market—particularly within the PGA West neighborhood/community. With many years of experience, he brings an exceptional understanding of local neighborhoods, market trends, and property values, providing clients with a clear advantage whether buying or selling. One of Jordan's greatest strengths is consistent and proactive communication. He kept me fully informed at every stage of the process, ensuring questions are answered quickly and decisions are made with confidence. What truly sets Jordan apart is the complete level of service offered. From initial consultation to closing, every detail is handled with professionalism and care. He also has an extensive network of trusted local contacts and was always helping coordinate everything remotely (since I wasn’t in town). He made the entire experience feel seamless and it felt like a true partnership throughout. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a knowledgeable and well-connected agent in the Coachella Valley.

Jordan and his team did a great job representing us. One of the most responsive people I’ve worked with. 5 minute, if not immediate responses throughout the process were the norm. I recommend him highly and would not hesitate to have him do our next deal.

A perfect experience! From the very beginning, he made selling my home an easy and positive experience. He was always available to answer questions, gave honest advice, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. What really stood out was how well Jordan understood the market and how to position my home for the best result. Thanks to his hard work, I was able to sell quickly and for top dollar — far more than I expected! I can't thank you enough for your professionalism, dedication and attention to every detail. If you’re looking for someone you can trust to get results and make you feel supported every step of the way, I highly recommend Jordan.

As noted in my summary, Jordon kept me up todate on the selling process. Specifics included finding a qualified buyer in a timely manner, getting a market selling price and selecting a professional escrow company to handle a timely and efficient closing.

Jordan was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive with text or phone calls. He has a deep understanding of the market, attention to detail, and genuine dedication to making the process as smooth as possible. He truly went above and beyond, whether it was fixing outside lights, cleaning the bbq and garage... or just offering honest, helpful advice when needed. We highly recommend Jordan to anyone looking for a trustworthy, hardworking, and personable real estate professional. You won’t be disappointed!

I highly recommend Jordan! His knowledge of the real estate market and his attention to detail was very impressive. We were definitely not easy clients. We had very specific wants and needs and Jordan really listened! He found us the perfect house and then helped make the buying experience quick and easy. We absolutely love our new home!!! If you’re planning a move definitely call Jordan!

Jordan always made us feel like a priority and was incredibly responsive. We never had to wait long for a call back, and he was always available to answer questions. Jordan handled everything with incredible professionalism and patience. We highly recommend him to anyone that is in the market for a new home.

Jordan is an absolute go-getter. He listened to our preferences and worked within our budget to curate the available listings. Taught us the ins and outs of living on a golf course. And a lot about PGA West and La Quinta in general. Ultimately, he found a home that wasn't on the market yet, that we loved. He did a terrific job during the negotiations and closing. When we hit a couple of snags, he stepped in and brought the parties together. Kudos Jordan!
