We live in Long Island, NY and have been thinking of getting a 2nd home in California as 2 of our Children and 1 Grandchild live in LA. I have had my eye on The PGA West Community for several years now and so we decided to rent a place in the Community for 2024 Thanksgiving Holiday to check it out. During our visit, Jordan took us to see several properties as well as tours of the facilities, the Golf Courses, as well as the various Communities within PGA West. He was very accommodating and very knowledgeable. He showed us everything that was available at the time and answered all of our questions in detail. We locked in on one House and negotiated with the Homeowners thru Jordan and their Agent. There was a lot of information going back and forth and Jordan was available 24/7 to get us all the answers we needed. We ended up closing on the home 1 month later at the end of December. We will be celebrating our 1 year Anniversary of owning this Home next month and are very happy with the PGA West Community, The Golf, The Facilities, the Security, etc. Jordan was a big part in our buying this Home.
