I can’t say enough about Jordan… I was looking to sell my home, but it needed some significant updating before it would be marketable and I didn’t know where to begin. Jordan actually offered a service with a local GC where they remodeled it on my behalf and were able to sell it for about $200k more. Jordan was very responsive and helpful with getting several showings set up quite frequently for us. When we put an offer in on the house and it was accepted, he was very easy to contact and ask questions. He even helped me reach out to contractors and set up meetings. It was an easy and painless experience! Would definitely recommend Jordan.
