We started the house/ condo hunting process in early 2020, then covid hit. Joraine and her team worked very hard with the new covid regulations to show us different places. It was a tough process to just see homes through someone else's photos. When rules changed and we were able to do open houses again they really showed us lots of listings that hit all of our requirements. Through it all, they were very professional, friendly, and checked in with us often. We really were thankful that they helped us find our home.

The Costales Team has done it again. They had done such a spectacular job with our house 2 years ago that when it came time to sell my moms with my sister, I really vied to have her again. It seemed like a slow start going from first speaking to them to finally listing it on the market but my mom had so much in there, I think it was understandable so. First things first was hauling the junk including the dead forgotten critters. Yikes! Then their was the getting some work done (slapping on some make up) to make it more sellable. Lastly, was the staging and pics which I didn't even recognize the house. It was just amazing at how great it looked. When it came time to pricing, my sister and I took her suggestion into consideration but thought it was too low but Joraine and Marc listened while we said it needed to be higher. After upping the listing price to 999,888. They had the big open house with at least 30 people came thru, you'd think they are throwing a party up in there. We had one offer before offer deadline but we wanted to give other people a chance to place a bid. Another couple of offers came in at very low price of under listing which made us worried. I think someone said "All you need is one good offer". We prayed about that one good offer after our counter scared off the 2 prospective buyers and just like that, we got it 210,000 over asking price. Marc and Joraine gave 110% & it truly shows. They listen to your needs and work even when they are outta town. These are the qualities of an outstanding realty team. Thanks cuzzins!!!! You are our go to realtor in the Bay Area.
