Jonny Kim is an excellent agent. He helped us buy a condo in Jamaica Plain this summer and we greatly appreciated his expertise. Jonny was very responsive and always made time for us, even on nights and weekends. His advice was invaluable and he definitely fought for our interests when it came time to negotiate.

Jonny is the best real estate broker I have ever worked with. He was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for. He was very honest and straight with us through the whole thing. We really felt like he was trying to do what was best for us, not just make a sale like other brokers. After we signed, we recommended Jonny to some friends who were considering finding a new place and, rather than wasting their time, he told them straight out that they should stay in their current apartment because they are not going to find a better deal than what they have right now. Next time I move, I will definitely go to Jonny first!

Jonny was quick with all responses via email and extremely knowledgeable about the area. He also took great photos and a video of the place which after seeing some other realtors really makes me wonder if some of them even care? Got my place rented out to a great couple. Couldn't be happier with his service and time he spent with me.
