Joni was fantastic to work with. We sold our first home we built in Fenton a few weeks ago. Super easy to work with during my busy work schedule. We texted details back and forth at all hours of the day and I was never waiting on her. Saved us a ton of time and money by using electronic documents in email and using the online showing tool for scheduling home showing. She was also well respected and established with the buyer agent, the lender, and the title closing agency involved. I will also add she put my nerves to ease during the negotiating on sale price, appraisal, and purchase agreement deadlines. I highly recommend Joni for anyone wanting to list or sell a home.
