I was in Pennsylvania when I asked Joni to handle the sale of my condo and I remained up north throughout the process. Joni took over completely, finding craftsmen to resolve the few problems in the unit and even personally getting on her hands and knees to clean the floors. In the end, she found a company to sell the furniture remaining in the unit (I would have sold it as a furnished unit, but the buyers had their own furniture). She made the process effortless. And we closed $3,000 above asking!

We had already bought our house from Joni Dagios, and we noticed how accommodating and helpful she is. Even after the purchase, we could always turn to her with questions and could count on her support. When we decided to sell the house again after 8 years, it was obvious to contact Joni Dagios again. Throughout the whole process, we as customers were in the foreground for her. She listened to all our wishes and finally managed to sell the house again at a very good price. We can unreservedly recommend Joni Dagios as a competent businesswoman and communicative, courteous and warm-hearted person.

We bought property in Florida from out of state. Joni made it all very easy. She took care of all of the details, was pro-active with follow-up, and extended herself to help with all aspects of the sale. She is a professional who personally cares very much about her clients' interests. She even "opened" our condo when we came to take possession of the property, and was considerate of some basics we might need coming in late, plus some things we might like! I highly recommend Joni for buy or sell.

I’m not even sure what words to use to describe Joni. She’s more than just a realtor. She is so personable that I already refer to her as my friend. She took the time to get to know myself and my husband, She truly wanted to know what our needs were (even if we weren’t sure) and went the extra mile to ensure our needs were met. She spent a great deal of her personal time tying up loose ends for us and was always readily available for any questions or concerns that we had...day or night. She showed us variety yet kept our desires in mind, never wasting our time. And when it came time to purchase she gently guided us toward a reasonable settlement that we felt comfortable with. I couldn’t have asked for any better experience. I would highly recommend Joni! There isn’t a rating high enough.
