We've had the pleasure of working with Jonel for a couple of years before we put our house on the market. Her communication was constant throughout that time - she checked in with us until it was time to sell the home, and was very straightforward on what was a reasonable price in a volatile market. Very professional, to a fault - she contacted us during her vacation as we were close to closing, just to make sure that all went smoothly.
