Jonathen Lopez was born and raised in Port Hueneme, CA and continues to reside close to his hometown. Growing up in a beach community, he has found love for surfing with his buddies at a nearby beach break and being outdoors. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, photography, traveling, hiking, exercise, collecting trading cards, trying new foods, and Salsa/Bachata dancing.
A Little History
In 2006, after graduating Oxnard College, he decided that he wanted to follow his family legacy of serving in the US Military, so he joined the CA Air National Guard. To this day, he continues to serve as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer. It was during his time of service that Jonathen gained an interest in real estate. Between his mentors’ encouragement and seeing how much growth continues to happen within his hometown, he was inspired to pursue a new passion, real estate. After 16 years with multiple deployments, helping to support countless CA wildfires, earning his BA in Organizational Management, and with his mentors’ support and encouragement, Jonathen earned his real estate license in March of 2022 and joined eXp Realty Inc. in May of that same year. He is a Member of the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the California Association of Realtors.
Throughout his career he has built a foundation of core values which include integrity, discipline, professionalism, dedication, loyalty, and passion. Jonathen’s core values are what drives his real estate passion to go above and beyond for his fellow veterans and clients. He is dedicated to his craft in serving the people and community where he grew up.
