I had property to sell. I made the mistake of thinking I could do it by myself, wrong. My son graduated with Jon and set up an appointment. Jon was very professional and treated me very kindly. He knew my situation and took care of everything. When the time came to accept an offer I did then signed papers. Harmless and most of all stress less. I highly recommend Jon Wright.
I couple of years ago we knew that we were getting close to moving back to our hometown area. So I found a house at random that he had listed and made an appt. When we got there I told him , "Honestly Jon, I am not interested in this house, I just wanted hook up with a realtor so when the time comes to buy we have one ready. And he seemed fine with that. It was about 6 months before called him back, but he was ready to work with us. We looked at many houses, some of them our choice some his. We think that Jon is a great realtor. He got to know what we did and didn't want. Jon is a very friendly and helpful people person. Once we found the house, he helped the process move along very quickly. From the day we put in the offer until the day we closed was like 6 weeks. Who does that? I would use him again if we ever moved. Well. We’re ready to move one last time due to my husband wanting to retire. Short story, we found and fell in love with a house during an open house through his office. I sent him a message, he knew which house I was talking about and was not surprised. We bought that house. All in all, Jon is an awesome person and great realtor. I highly recommend working with him.
Jon was always there to answer questions and arrived on time to all showings. He was willing to take time out of his busy schedule to show and share new listing. I was very satisfied working with Jon and would recommend him at anyone looking to purchasing a new home.
