We wish we did it earlier in the process it was very much a less stressful process since we contacted Jonathan. He is very upfront and honest with us and kept us in the loop through the entire purchase. We had some challenges from the seller side but Jonathan was right there to keep us at ease which let us trust him to get us through the issues.
