Jonathan is absolutely knowledgeable in his profession. My home was a manufactured home on permanent foundation and a fixer. He was able to get us 50k above asking, with no credit at all. He was always present anytime a signature was required. We were aware of every single step from opening to closing escrow. He has helped my daughter and grandaughter purchase a home also. Further, I am a veteran and I leveraged my VA benefit to purchase and when I sold the buyer assumed my loan. Neither transaction was straightforward but during both transactions Jonathan went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and successfully.
