Great experience

Our house had been on the market for several months with little activity when we decided to switch realtors and went with Jonathon. He had suggestions of some practical minor cosmetic changes we could make to the house which we did. Jonathon was a pleasure to work with, and since we had already moved away from Austin, we had to rely on him to take care of a lot of things for us. When the new listing went live, we had a reasonable offer within 2 days! We would highly recommend Jonathon to anyone in the Austin area.
