Jonathan and his assistant Marcia are both very knowledgeable and friendly. Jonathan was able to look at our home and tell us what if anything we needed to do before listing then utilized the most up to date software programs to hit our target market. He also knew our property with it's setting would be a valuable selling point so had a drone come out and used it as a "Coming Soon" video to drum up interest and boy did it work! We had an offer the very first day and sold it in 3 days, ending up with 14 offers, 8 of which were cash and above asking price. Jonathan and Marcia are amazing to work with. I've already recommended them to people I know and if I had another home to sell would use them again in a second. It was so easy, if there was a problem Jonathan would come up with a solution before calling us so we wouldn't be stressed. Excellent Job !!
