We have moved more than once in Miami, both times we had Jonathan as our realtor. We were referred by local friends. Our first house was rented remotely because we trusted Jonathan's opinion so much when he toured the options and provided detailed videos. He also provides daily updates through your personal portal of what new properties come on the market with your search parameters. When you are trying to make a decision, he provides guidance on what is going on in the market, and aides in negotiating the right price so that you get the property you want. Especially if you are relocating to Miami, you need someone like Jonathan to help you figure out what neighborhood suits you, since they each have their own personality. Extremely pleasant to work with and very responsive as well as his partner Maria.

Trust is a word in our vocabulary not often said in connection to an individual(s), especially when it comes to money and investments. However, TRUST Jonathan Quintana, PA. Jonathan and Maria are excellent communicators. While other realtors leave clients “out to dry”, Maria and Jonathan patiently explain the process from beginning to end. They answered all my questions and guided me throughout the process. The team at Sunset Home Mortgage was excellent as well. Today, im a happy homeowner. I cannot thank them enough.

Jonny and Maria are THE BEST realtor team in all of Florida. They are kind, patient, knowledgeable, flexible, smart, and a joy to work with. I would never use anyone else. They helped me find a rental years ago, and this year they helped me buy my first-ever home (a condo.) It was a HARD process. This market is so volatile! And I’m not some deep-pocketed investor. It was only through their tenacity and patience that I was able to make it happen. So often I saw them going above and beyond—doing the job of other realtors, negotiating hard behind the scenes, and bringing me into their own network of trusted professionals. (They also introduced me to an awesome mortgage broker and a fantastic escrow office.) Working with them felt like having an A Team on my side. Jonny and his wife Maria are an incredible team! Their knowledge of South Florida and the real estate market allowed for an extremely smooth closing on the property I purchased. More importantly they always tell you the honest truth and treat you like family. Call Jonny, he is the best realtor in Miami, I promise! Jonny and Maria are amazing! We have worked with a bunch of realtors and typically you have to deal with one of their weaknesses- NOT WITH JONNY! He was by far the best all around realtor we have ever worked with.
