Jon is very down to earth and personable. He took the time to find the perfect home. He was realistic with price and understood our budget. Of the three realtors we’ve worked with, we felt the most comfortable with him.

We worked with Jon to buy a new condo for our growing family. We knew the area we wanted but needed help with the search. We looked at a number of condos during our search but all of them didn't match up with the very first one we saw. Jon helped us with a rough negotiation and we almost walked away. Jon was ready with another batch of condos to visit but the seller and us finally came to an agreement. Jon was great to work with and we are very happy with our home.

Jon was fantastic! Being relatively new in the field I had my concerns, but after our first meeting, I knew I could count on him to really care about my sale. And he was wonderfully resourceful! He knew exactly where to turn to get whatever help or information he needed with great aplomb. Best of all, he had an expert team to stage and photograph my home to show it's true potential. We had multiple offers and were under contract within 5 days and closed in under a month. I'm very happy with his service and the wonderful team he put together. Five stars all around!!!
