My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan for the both buying and selling of our homes. He was so attentive and available to us. When it came time to visit houses, he walked us through the features of each house and helped us visualize what we could and could not change. Armed with these insights, we were able to come to a decision on a home we liked quickly, and put an offer in that was accepted. Jonathan continued to be available for us throughout the closing process and put us at ease through all of the steps. He has continued to check in and offer advice as needed. My wife and I joke that or biggest disappointment with buying a house is that we no longer work with with Jonathan. He was a pleasure to work with in what many view as a stressful process.
