Beginning with my initial phone call to Jon (I live in Virginia), we were able to talk through our list of likes and dislikes we were seeking in our forever home. He listened to us, helped to narrow down the focus of our search and lastly added us to his property listing site. We spoke almost weekly to discuss possible homes that appeared in our desired neighborhood of Murabella. On one occasion, my wife identified a short sale and when we had questions about the residence, Jon stopped what he was doing and was kind enough to go to the house, walk through it taking video and send it back to us. He also reached out to the Sellers’s realtor and received answers concerning the property. Although this house slipped by us, the fact that Jon swiftly responded to check out a property on a moments notice reflected his true dedication to helping people. Over the next two months Jon continued to identify houses and as anticipated a few came up for sale in our desired neighborhood. I felt so confident with Jon that in mid July, I loaded up our family of five and drove to St. Augustine. After we met Jon for the first time, I felt reassured in our choice in using him as our real estate professional and further encouraged in our home search. During this trip we put Jon to work and he showed us home after home until we were successful in finding our forever house. We made an offer on the house and after a little negotiating, it was accepted. Within 45 days I closed. We strongly feel that without Jon, we may not have found that perfect house and truly thank him. If you are moving to the St. John’s or Jacksonville, FL area I highly recommend Jon.
