JR was an essential cornerstone to my condo search in summer 2026! I am a first time home buyer and JR engaged that no question of mine went unanswered. He was always available to me and maybe me feel comfortable asking the smallest questions to prepare for my first home purchase and the responsibilities of home ownership. I particularly loved that when we toured properties together, JR would ask me questions during the whole visit to engage I was thinking about the property in a realistic way while providing his vast wisdom. It was very valuable to have an expert with me who would hold his opinions until he first heard me expressing mine. Furthermore, JR was a stellar negotiatiator who was able to score me an incredible deal on my first condo! He thoroughly explained the psychology to his style, while leaving the ultimate decision with me, as the home buyer. This truly made me feel comfortable with multiple offers because I knew the why while still having the final say in the decision. JRs knowledge is surpassed only by his compassion! Him, Christina (his teammate), and every team member (from inspector through closing attorney) that JR suggested were professional, friendly, and stellar at their jobs as well. I couldn't have done this without JR, so thank you for all you've done in my first home purchase!!
