Enjoyed working with Jonathan, bought a beautiful house and felt that someone is taking care of me.
Jonathan was always available, 24/7 kind of available. He took us to see every single house we wanted to see (which was a lot), no questions. He got real with me when I needed him to get real. He asked questions to help us define for ourselves what exactly we wanted. He made offers and counter offers on a house we eventually lost. He made an offer and rescinded the offer on a house we changed our mind on. And he gently encouraged us for the entire six months to look on the west side of town, but we had our minds set on where we wanted to be. Cut to the end of the six months....we aren't finding what we wanted.....we drive to the west side, we fall in love, we find our house and Jonathan took us step by step through the hardest part, closing the deal. Most importantly, Jonathan became a friend. He checks in on us still, two years later, with the occasional text or phone call. He has made it abundantly clear that he is still available to us if/when we ever need. If we ever sell or move, he will be the first person we call. He is an incredible human. He has a great sense of humor, he takes his work very seriously and although I was terrified of the whole process he really made us feel safe by guiding us the entire way. He really is the best of the best. I can't say enough.
It has been a pleasure working with Jonathan. He made my dreams come true multiple times :) He helped me to buy 2 houses and helped me sell one of them as well. I and My wife has great trust in him. We greatly value his advice and his instincts about a property and its location. He does all the homework for you. The best part about working with him is, he never gets tired and with a smiling face, push us to find the right property. I still remember when he took us to over 16 properties on the same day.
