Worked with Jonathan on a home purchase over the course of almost two months. The best agent I met so far (and I moved many times in the past; worked with some great real estate agents). Professional; fast, great communication. Promptly arranged many showings and got a lot of great advice on different properties, pricing, and many other things related; I also learned something about home construction as he was pointing out different potential flaws and things to avoid. Helped to arrange not only general inspection but also roofing and foundation -- all of it was very helpful. Even communicated with my mortgage company and solved some obstacles I didn't know existed -- all w/o me being involved. Had great overall experience as Jonathan made the whole process look very easy and be enjoyable. Would absolutely and definitely reach out to him again on my next purchase, whenever that comes.
