Jonathan was such a Pleasure to work with. He listened more than he spoke, his personality was diffusing and well balanced to work with for such a strong personality as mine. My husband is a disabled veteran and Jonathan was very attentive to assisting him when needed. There are many greedy lazy clowns in the Real Estate industry but Jonathan is Not one of them. I/we were Super impressed with Jonathan's willingness to go above and beyond to assist us not only with a purchase but also the sale of a preexisting home. We have Great Respect for Jonathan Kier!!! We've worked with other agents in the past and our only regret is that it wasn't Jonathan.

Jonathan was great. He went the extra mile - literally - showing us several different properties spread out over several miles. When we finally decided on a home it seemed like it was going to be an easy process. We went with a traditional bank for lending as we had a history with them. Underwriting at the bank became a nightmare and we almost weren’t going to get the house. At the last hour, Jonathan came up with a plan and connected us with a new lender that closed the deal in two weeks. If it were not for Jonathan and the new lender I probably wouldn’t be writing this review from our new home. Jonathan was always prompt in returning our calls and took the time to answer all our questions. He is a professional.

Jonathan was always willing to show houses and would go look at houses without us to let us know if the house was worthwhile or not. He stayed in touch at all times and contacted other agents quickly and efficiently
