During this entire process of home buying I never doubted his ability or feared he would not follow through. He is knowledgeable and was extremely helpful especially considering I was a first time homebuyer and needed a lot of hand holding. Jonathan Jindra was great. He was very knowledgeable about the market, and worked with us to set a sale price on our home. He listened to our concerns, and took those into consideration. He was very responsive when we called or texted with questions. Most of all, he dealt with the buyer's realtor, who seemed to be inexperienced, and helped us navigate the sale process with buyers with some unreasonable demands. If I had another house to sell orbuy, Jonathan would be my realtor.

We did get lucky with a few things so 26 days is not average, but if you are looking for a smart, capable agent to have in your corner I would just give Jonathan a call. I know Jonathan cares deeply about his clients, he mentioned his heart break over a couple that didn’t get a house after months of effort and it took a toll on him. If you want a large agency to push you through a process look somewhere else, If you want the personal attention and care from a human being that has your best interests in mind call Jonathan!

We were lucky enough to work win Jonathan in 2021. Jonathan has gone above and beyond from fighting off wasps to operating within our crazy schedule to really listening to what we want and finding us the perfect house.
