We had Jon look at the house we wanted to sell. He came by and quickly gave us a plan on what to do. Had already talked to him about the place we wanted to buy. He set up the photographer and we listed the house Saturday after Christmas and Monday it was sold. 2 weeks before he put the offer in on the house we wanted and it was excepted.
