When we took a temporary overseas assignment...
When we took a temporary overseas assignment, we rented our property to someone we knew. We had a few bumps in the road and the friend has moved on, and we decided to stay overseas. We realized some of the mistakes we made in trying to manage the property ourselves. We had to fly back to take care of things. We knew we needed a local property manager, and Jonathan was highly recommended. He answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable with his services. We signed with him and he will now be taking care of all the things we had to fly back to address. And, the icing on the cake...he had our home rented within a week! I look forward to having a stress-free rental property.
