Johnathon gives 110% to anyone looking to buy a home. He knows the Market very well especially being in such an uncertain market for buyers. We looked for 5 months after having 3 different realtors who said they were on board with our needs and wants in a home. Well that just wasn’t true. They were getting mad at us because we didn’t want to throw 10-20 or 30,000 over asking price on homes with major foundation annd other issues. Homes that wouldn’t even appraise in the value of their asking prices! Therefore the homes being immediately not worth the money you pay. Johnathon was our 4th realtor, we told him what we were looking for, and it wasn’t 2 days after he showed us 1 home, we had our offer accepted! Between the first 3 realtors we looked at 40 houses. Johnathon actually listens to what you’re telling him about what you’re looking for, in buying a home. He actually works for you! He stayed connected to us and clearly communicated to us through the whole process! Unlike the other 3 realtors. We closed a VA loan in 30 days from the accepted offer. He knows how to talk to people which is huge, when buying a house. He knows how to do concessions properly too. It seemed like the first 3 agents were actually working for the sellers and not us at all! Not Johnathon though. If he’s your buying agent, he is exactly that. Having a great buyer’s agent is extremely important, especially when buying in a seller’s market. Yeah we didn’t have to pay over asking price and In-fact, we got some major sellers concessions and money at the closing! So if you’re looking for a home to buy, definitely hire Johnathon, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Johnathon, for helping us out in a huge and timely way. You’re definitely a professional.
