My wife and I are from out of state. We were connected with Jonathan as a realtor. We looked at many properties online. We would send links and photos to Jonathan he would look into them and advise on the properties. When we agreed on one he would make the trip to the properties video them and send us video of the properties. If he felt one was worth looking into I would fly out to Kentucky to look. Jonathan would spend all day driving me around to multiple properties. After months of looking and searching we found another property that we wanted to see. This was quite a long drive for him to make as it is in Central Kentucky. He did exactly that and sent us video and photos of the property exclaiming I think we finally found the right one. We made the offer with a few contingencies I got on a plane and flew. The property was everything he said it was and what we were looking for. Jonathan is an outstanding human, he is honest and a true gentleman. He will follow through with what he tells you and he will keep constant communication with you. We are extremely pleased to have met and dealt with him being 1800 miles away we knew in our heart he was watching out for us and what we were looking for. Anyone out there looking to buy or sell should give a serious look at Jonathan as your representative. He made the process for us so easy and he is very much appreciated.
