I can’t tell you how wonderful it was having Jonathan as our real estate agent. Since we are from out of town, he totally went above & beyond during the time we were there getting the property ready to sell. He brought over some tools & cleaners & even snacks! After leaving, he continued to get the place ready, by hiring cleaning & power washing people & being there to oversee everything, so it was perfect.
