I had the opportunity to working with Jon Lichterman recently during my search for a home in the east San Fernando Valley and it was a complete pleasure. I met Jon at an open house in the Hollywood Hills and he took the time to quiz me about my needs, wants and hopes. It was clear early on that the Hollywood Hills was out of my price range and he suggested we look in Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Valley Village and Toluca Woods. He knew the areas very well and I could tell right away he was honest and not going to waste my time looking at homes that were not a right fit. His communication was excellent and he would return calls, email, and texts within minutes and at all times of the day. He sent me new listing within minutes of them going on the MLS. We looked at a variety of properties and his knowledge of the area and the values was very comforting. I finally decided on a house in Toluca Woods and we made an offer on the house before it was even open to agents. My offer was accepted the next day and the entire escrow period was a breeze because of his attention to detail and his knowledge of the inter working of a very finicky real estate market. We closed early and I was grateful for his devotion to my particular deal, even when he was out of town. I would highly recommend Jon for any listing or sale, you will not be disappointed. Craig
