Very knowledgeable, patient and diplomatic. A great resource from top to bottom. His honesty and communication skills separate him from other agents I've dealt with in my time. We took our time and carefully looked at several properties in Santa Monica. We had some tough times with a stubborn seller and a mess with a complicated HOA pooled insurance situation. At the end of the day, and as stressful as it was, Jon saw me through every step of the way. From the initial showing, to the handoff with the lender, to the final inspection, it all was great. He also got the seller to go down on price, and he even pushed for a re-appraisal which saved me over 20K at the end of the day. I'm now in my new place and it's all due to Jon's hard work. Would strongly recommend, as he's a class act.
