We had to sell our home in Dighton to buy a home in Bourne and he walked us through it all. Our home we sold needed a septic but explained everything to us. For me, the home buying process started out very scary! Lots of unknowns, unanswered questions, just going through the motions of what I thought I was supposed to do.
