Jonathan has gone way above and beyond the call of a realtor. He was on top of every detail that needed to be done and stepped in to support in areas outside of his domain. From the start, he listened to my requests, adjusted the home search as I requested and I never felt he was pushing one area or property onto me which was highly appreciated. Jonathan had a very solid knowledge on the market and showed me the properties that were matching my needs. He has a very important skill which is to LISTEN carefully to the customer before showing properties or making suggestions. In my experience i had a tough call to make because all the properties were spot on. One key part of Jonathan's performance in my recent experience is "going the extra mile". He took responsibilities that were beyond his scope and helped me to engage with lenders, brokers and house builder to close on the deal despite some last minute difficulties on the paperwork not related to him. He was also there after the closure following up on any pending issues i might had. I can't express how happy and grateful i am with Jonathan's support. I am going to share my experience with my coworkers and friends and recommend him for any real state business in Orlando. And i am also looking forward for another property within the next 2 years and i will contact Jonathan for sure
