We met Jonathan by accident when he came to show us a house I had been eyeing for months. It turned out that house wasn't for us, but we were so impressed with Jonathan's knowledge and lack of pushiness, we asked him to be our realtor. During our search, Jonathan was very responsive, helpful, and honest. When we found the house we wanted, Jonathan held his ground with the owners who didn't want to fix things that came up in the inspection. We originally backed out of the deal, but the owners came through and made the repairs we requested. Jonathan helped put us at ease during a very stressful time.
